How CMS Changed My Work Life
I’m a legal secretary. I never thought that a technology could make me feel warm and tingly. But, the content management system that your web design company developed for our law firm has significantly changed my life.
At our law firm, I wear a number of hats: administrator, personal valet, file clerk, maid, gatekeeper and the list goes on. Thanks to Law Firm content management my days are no longer spent tracking down the partners to disseminate time sensitive information. I can communicate and resolve a number of cases in a single posting.
This past Monday exemplifies how CMS has simplified my workload. It was 6:52 PM when I was shutting down my desk and I received a call from one of our partners. To make a long story short, this attorney has a propensity for calling me at the last minute, asking for me to compile a number of documents for his review. Thanks to our lovely, timesaving CMS, I was able to email him a link to his Blackberry, and go home to my family.
